Dear Anita, Thank you for the revised offer. We have made significant adjustments and are now at ₹16,20,000, which is ₹30,000 lower than our previous counter. Regarding payment terms, we can consider Net 40 as a compromise. On warranty, our standard is 12 months but we can explore an AMC arrangement for extended coverage. We believe this represents a fair middle ground.

Dear Deepa, Please find attached the technical datasheet for FH-400S with airflow specifications. For AMC, our standard rate is 5% of equipment value per annum, covering all parts and labour. For valued customers like VCNR Technologies, we can offer 4% with priority response within 24 hours. Happy to discuss further.
