Justification / Business Need
Procurement of laboratory furniture and safety equipment for Cipla Research Lab project (Phase-II).
The fume hoods and anti-vibration tables are critical path items required for the cleanroom setup scheduled
for commissioning in March 2025. Safety equipment (shower and autoclave) is mandatory per CDSCO regulatory
compliance. Delay in procurement will impact project delivery timeline by 3-4 weeks. Budget approved under
CAPEX allocation FY 2024-25, reference: BUD/ENG/2024/089.
